All seeing, all mowing

Jim Ashley mows grass in front of the 20/20 Vision mural on Riverfront Parkway on Tuesday. The mural was created in 2012 by Howard School students paired with professional artists in coordination with the arts nonprofit Mark Making.

This phenomenally weird photograph by Chattanooga Times Free Press staff photographer Doug Strickland was one of the most visually arresting and off-kilter things I’d seen in the paper, and I knew it needed an equally off-kilter headline.
